Hello,
I have recently installed Debian and the installation went smooth except for
the X configuration.I have the following card
S3 Trio 3D/2x QCE2HC
86C368
I ran XF86Setup and gave the S3Trio32 generic option but it did not work as
i got a screen with a huge mouse pointer.
I also did a SuperProbe and I got the following answer.
S3(Chipset unknown)
RAMDAC :Generic 8 bit psuedo color DAC
According to the result from the super probe i tried to configure the card
thru XF86Setup but I think I am having problem in specifying the right
chipset or RAMDAC.Could anybody help me out.
