to configure swat you have to make some changes in /etc/services and
/etc/inetd.conf
in /etc/services
add a entry
swat              901/tcp
in /etc/inetd.conf
swat      stream  tcp     nowait.400      root /usr/sbin/swat swat
once the above is done
kill inetd and restart or restart the machine
point your browser to port 901 http://localhost:901
