Hi Rajesh,
IIRC, you are running SuSE. Download mod_php.rpm from
ftp:\\ftp.suse.com. No tweaking required to get it to work. Be sure to
get the version for your SuSE 6.3 / 6.4 because there is a libc upgrade
from 6.3 to 6.4.
