Right now you have very few alternatives...If any magazine gave out the 
helixcode gnome, they would have to bring out a Linux special yet again;)

As a RedHat user, you would have to download the rpms, or
get a copy of Mandrake 7.1 helium CD. AFAIK, it comes with the helix 
gnome..Or you could get a CD with the packages from Helixcode themselves..
Not many easy choices, eh..
