yes.

do you know how to create cgi using perl/php ? if no,
then check out Orielly's openbook or man pages and
learn, I used 'CGI programmin with Perl 5 in a week'
and 'Perl From the Ground UP' along with the open 
book and manpages, and a lot of free goodies from
freshmeat, opensource-it, tucows etc.

then use a index.cgi in the particular folder.

this is the eaisy way.

another way is to trap http get queries, well
i did not try it out, and dont know how it can
be done, may be through apache, to invoke a
script.
