It appears that you can't do multi-session writing with Joliet. The
CD-Writing-HOWTO and /usr/doc/cdrecord-x.xx/README.multi say that you
have to use Rockridge for writing in multi-session.

You can try giving both -J and -r and try, but the subsequent sessions
may not be visible under Windows.
