The answer can be very long and detailed. In a nutshell
o Read Ethernet-Howto to find out how to configure multiple net cards.
o Configure each card with its ip address and netmasks. (edit rc.inet1)
o Add routes to do routing between sunbets (man route)
o Add a route to your ISP.
o Add a default route to the card connecting you to the Internet (man
route)
And you are on. Add firewalls, proxy agents etc for flavor.
