Do you have only one drop-box for all user's mails? If so, then there
is no way to filter mails if they have been BCC'ed or if it comes from
a list, because the only way for procmail to know for whom the
original message was for, is the To: or Cc: fields (effectively
covered by the TO_ macro in procmail). BCC information is not
transmitted in the message, because of the very nature of the header,
that it should be delivered to those people, but shouldn't be shown in
the headers.
The possible solution to all this is that either you get separate POP
email boxes for each user and put a .fetchmailrc in each user's home
directory (easiest). Or you'll have to put information about each list
in procmailrc (like you said earlier).
