Hi,
I have instsalled RH6.2 and want to configure
squid. My cache_dir is /var/spool/squid. It is in
/dev/hda6 which has 2GB assigned to it. However when I
type
/usr/sbin/squid -NCd1
on the shell prompt I get the following error
/var/spool/squid.00 : permission denied
FATAL: StoreUfsDirOpenSwapLog : Falied to open swap
log
and nobody is able to connect through the proxy.
I do not ubderstand where does it take the entry
/var/spool/squid.00 from when I have mentioned
/var/spool/squid in the squid.conf file.
Also let me know is the proxy available with
Apache Server.
