I am assuming that what you are looking for is some kind of tool under
Linux to create flash animations and such.  There is no such tool as far as
I know.

If you are creating the flash animations themselves on other platforms,
there is nothing that prevents you from using any Linux editor to embed
these animations into your HTML file.
