Hi
This is not based on how squid works, but on hotmail - doesnt each connect
to hotmail redirect you to a "passport" site -something which goes
lc2.blah blah blah? . Maybe you are signing into hotmail using a cached
form which is trying to authenticate you on a server which is not
available - i.e. the lc2.blah.blah.blah. You may have to set up your proxy
for all the known passport routes used by hotmail to authenticate users.
