[LIH] Help - Emacs - executable-set-magic

[Sachin Shurpali (RBIN/DCA-NMP)]

Dear ilugs,
   If I open a file with extension .csh in Xemacs, automatically the line
(magic executable line)  

              # !  /bin/csh -f 

gets added. I want this to happen for other interpreters also like .pl s (
Perl )  
Kindly somebody guide me in this.
