Run the PCQ update scripts to configure Masq.
Errata:
There seems to be an issue under RHL 6.2 that causes the PCQ script to
fail to cause IP Forwarding to be enabled.
To fix, add this line after #!/bin/sh in /etc/rc.d/rc.fw:
echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
