Do an ARIN lookup to findout who owns the /24 ip block (below) - it is
brazilian, so cc [EMAIL PROTECTED] in addition to this guy Carvalho who's
the ARIN contact.

Remember to forward all relevant extracts from your logs and add a short
covering note, ask them to kill this ]-[4x0r d00d.
