[LIH] Connection speed

Hi,

I use RH 6.2, how do we get stats like connect speed, ip address,
gateway address etc. for ppp. What I am looking for is I guess a "DUN
monitor" if Iam allowed to borrow a windoze term.

Preferred choice - command line / gnome tools.
