Hi All, I have a RHL 6.2 running Sendmail 8.9.3. Now i face a strange problems sometimes. if user X sends a mails to user Y, it works fine..BUT at SOMETIMES the user Y doesnot get the mail, and nor the User X gets a mailer deeamon I have checked up the maillog file. This file shows that the messages has been delevired to the user Y and it aslo shows that user Y has POPed the mails to his machine. BUT, the mail is not there in user Y's mailbox. By the way, User X and user Y are using M$ NT 4.0 with Outlook Express 5.0 as mail client. The users also have some mail rules set on their mail cleints to divert mails to some specific folders etc. Could anyone help me in this issue. I would like to know where are the mails going..??? why is it getting vanished...???? Is the problem at my Linux Box or at M$ client...??? This problem is does not happen very time a mail is send , It happens only SOMETIMES... rather very rarely..!! Pls help me out.
