That is correct.

As far as we know.  For all we know the NSA could have sophisticated
parallel computers that are capable of doing this in minutes.  Also, Wiley
Cracker can break the key in a month and break in after a month.

Not as far as I know.  Then again, I am not an expert on security.  It is
just an area I am interested in.
