What is the point? She will just rename the file to .FOO or whatever
and will still be able to send it.
That said, sendmail (or any MTA) does not know about attachments. The
mail client encodes the attachment to base 64 and then sends it along. So
far as sendmail is concerned, the mail is one entity. Splitting it to
various attachments is again the recipients' mail client's responsibility.
You can ask sendmail to accepts mails of less than a threshold size,
though. Read sendmail docs for references to the ESMTP SIZE command.
