Partha,

Any view, including a view that there is no need to institutionalize Linux
India, is welcome. If the nominees in the li-registration committee decide
that there is no need to create a nation-wide body, we should respect the
outcome.

The ILUG representative in the li registration commitee is going to be
representing their ILUG. The commitee is going to decide whethere is there
is a need for a nationwide body. And if there is a nation-wide body, what
role does it play and how autonomous are the ILUGs etc.

Thaths
