Netscape doesn't parse php, apache does, and does that only if it has
loaded the php module at startup. So you need to have php installed on
your apache server, and the php scripts should be in the document root of
your apache server. And also you may need to create a few directories and
tweak httpd.conf a little, but after that it's all smooth flying.
