Is "Ipswitch_WhatsUp" a browser or what? In my apache/logs/access_log,
there are many entries as:

whatsup1.sagenetworks.com - - [18/Aug/2000:02:00:06 +0000] "HEAD /
HTTP/1.0" 200 0 "-" "Ipswitch_WhatsUp/5.00"
