I too tried to find similar software for IVRS.
Linux has vgetty which rocks on my IVRS.
I have already installed couple of IVRS based on linux+vgetty+perl and all
are working beautifully.
What is surprising is that in last 3 months I have not received a single
phone call from the user even when the systems are working round the clock.
That's the power of LINUX.
