Oh !!! does it really work? i am asking because, the small boot
partition that you are talking about, would still be beyond 1024th
cylinder as all of that have already been taken. If the same version of
lilo is being used ( i.e. which cannot load the bootsector from beyond
1024th cylinder) problem should continue to exist, or wont it.
In any case, if this really works this is a nice workaround. Didnt know
about it.
