Read the etherboot howto on linuxdocs.org / use a serial cable to connect the
dos boxes to the server as dumb terminals.  Or if there are remote users
configure a dialin server (use Jiju's howto at
http://members.xoom.com/digitelnet for this) and have them dialin using telix /
procomm / hyperterminal etc.

You might want to set up local DNS instead of adding 192.168.1/24 in your hosts
file.
