I had used a slightly older version of Mandrake(it was 6.5). The
distro is quite good. What those guys do is to take the basic RedHat
distro and add a couple of their own stuff and finetune it some more.
Everything was really nice except for configuring X. It was slightly
tough. For slightly experienced guys and in terms of ease of use Mandrake
scores over RH.
