Hi, I have configured Samba on my Linux box as per Atul's article in PCQ. What changes I have to do on my Win98 machine to connect to the Linux server ? We have got here one WIN NT email server. Where will the authentication be done if I try to connect to the linux server ? I want direct authentication by the Linux server since I can not create user accounts on NT. That part is not accessible to me ? Only my boss does all that stuff. The user accounts are fixed as per email boxes. No further additions to be done.
