[o]additionally hard disk vendors use MB in the strict sense i.e
[o]10^6 bytes as opposed to 1024 kb by OS. So you expect to lose
[o]some when purchasing hard disks but on the otherhand a 64Mb
[o]RAM actually
[o]means 64 x 1024 x 1024 bytes :)
[o] u win some ...lose some too

[o]p.s. i hope i got things right

umm...
        i thought for Samsung 1MB = 1024KB but for Seagate 1MB = 1000000
bytes
shourya

p.s : i hope _i_ got things right ;)
