yes i tried setting $FONT_SIZE to 10, it didnot change things. Have not
tried changing the other two, but i feel they are related to scaling of
the images that are generted by latex2html for case which cannot be
HTMLised. Anyway i'll try them.

mmm.. been there no one seems to have faced this particular problem.
I'll recheck if my latex itself is wrong, shouldnt be cos the dvi is
coming out ok and therfore so is ps.
