Hi,

You first check whether http package is installed or not,check for the following
locations /etc/httpd folder & /home/httpd folder this is where the files are installed
if u have selected the httpd package during installation.If they are there edit the
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file according to ur equirement & restart the httpd service
by issuing the following command at the command prompt

#/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

If u have'nt found the files at these place it means u have to install the httpd
package from the REDHAT CD using Redhat package manager i.e rpm(look for the rpm
package & install).

For more info write to mailing list,we are here.

Thank you
Nataraj
