Hi ;
I recenltly installed Linux (version 5.x) into my
new labtop (model Acer 521TE). I intended to run X
windows but not sucessfully . I've set all necessary X
setting using Xconfigurator but couldn't display
graphic or X windows after typing "startx" .
What procedure should I need to follow to install X
windows ? Should I need to upgrade XFree86. If Yes ,
What version of XFree86 is recommended . Please
advise.
