Dempo Mail rearranged electrons thusly:

> fetchmail: SMTP connect to localhost failed
> fetchmail: POP3> QUIT
> fetchmail: POP3< test
> fetchmail: SMTP transaction error while fetching from 192.168.20.1
> fetchmail: Query status=SMTP
> fetchmail: normal termination, status 10
Sendmail is not running on your local box - or it has stalled. Try restarting
it, and use ntsysv to check that it is loaded at startup.
