You are playing with definition of fully secured computer. 'Disconnected from
any network and locked in a concrete bunker, 20 feet below the ground  with 3
feet thick concrete/metal door with two gunmen on guard'


Anyway that's what not I am saying....

I have set BIOS password and by default I boot from HDD. However I still know
that BIOS can be discharged.

These are just levels of security and I am being just curous.......
