Your system date is correct but the date on which the directories were created are
wrong. I had this happen when I installed RH. To get around I used to set the
clock back by one day during installation and then roll it fwd. after
installation. I *think* its because RH assumes your clock is set to GMT and adds
5.5 hrs on the time during installation.
