hello,
while trying to upgrade gnome-libs to 1.2.4 i faced the following
problem. Irrespective of whether i want to upgrade or install it spews an
error
"this version of rpm cannot handle major number >=3"
the above is not the message verbatim, but its something like that. Does
it mean i need to upgrade rpm before that.
