You need to do two things:
1. Use archive.pl (or archive2.pl) which ships with majordomo to create
an mbox style file with all the messages flowing in your mailing list.
Read the majordomo FAQ to find out how.
2. You need to use mhonarc (http://www.mhonarc.org/) to convert this
mbox style folder into HTML and provide the search interface through
wilma and Glimpse.
Note: In the case of the linux-india-* mailing lists I can bypass step 1
because majordomo2 (the next generation of majordomo) automagically
maintains archives.
