Hi
In your /etc/X11/XF86Config, look for emulate2buttons and chordmiddle in Pointer
section. Check out what they say.
Also make sure thar right XF86Config is used. To check, capture the output of
startx to a file and go thr. that file.
If clicking both buttons does not work, try middle button if you have a middle
button.
