Shut off third party relaying through your mailserver. See
http://www.sendmail.org/tips/relaying.html (though, you are using 8.9.3 -
which does not relay for third parties, by default).
Also, most likely, the mails are not anonymous enough. If you examine the
mail headers you will find at least the ip address of the guy who is doing
this.
