See if /sbin is in your path.  Lilo is definitely there, I expect - as you
likely used lilo to boot into linux.

For now, run /sbin/lilo -v  (I'd recommend using /sbin/lilo -t -v first, to see
if there are any screwups in the changes you made to lilo.  Or else, you are
likely to end up with 'kernel panic', LI or LO prompts etc etc - and have to go
in with a boot floppy and modify lilo)

Check what your path settings are.  Likely, you've put . in your path at
office machine.
