It looks like your windows clients are not able to access the box with
sendmail installed. Can you try pinging the box? What does it show?
Also, see if you are able to resolve the sendmail box from your windows
clients (tracert, nslookup etc).
Finally, see if you have added the subnets you want to relay for (192.168./16,
for example) in /etc/mail/access (if you change this, you have to regenerate
access.db using makemap).

Also I suggest you upgrade to sendmail 8.9.3 (at least) or 8.11 if you can -
these are much easier to configure than sendmail 8.8.7 which you seem to be
using (from your mail headers).
