Hi,
I am new to linux, I have an insatllation of Redhat 6.1 (free PC Quest
ver). I am trying
to connect the linux client to the NT 4.0 Server. I have gnome workstation
installed on the
client.
1) I am able to ping the server & other machines from my linux client using
the ip address,
2) but the windows workstations & NT Server are not pinging linux client.
I would be obliged if you could advice me on how to go about in resolving
this problem.
3) Pls suggest me some reference book/ material / site which could give me
detail exposure
to networking using linux with NT 4.0 ,2000 & Irix(SGI Indigo) machines.
