Devdas,
Instead of using disk druid, you go for fdisk.
There is expert mode in it.switch to that.
list the partitions. it will show diff no of cylinders at 2 places.
you have to make them same by setting cylinders manually to whichever is
more.
now you will be able to create partitions going beyond 1024 cylinders.
