Dr.K.S.Sangunni rearranged electrons thusly:

There is a sendmail-cf-[version-number].rpm as well - install that.
Or else, go with the default sendmail.cf which redhat provides and hack that.
+suresh (or maybe download from sendmail.org and build it yourself ...)
