I only want the sender of the mail to know the exact time that the mail was
sent to the destination. If one of my users is questioned about when a mail
was sent he should be able to tell the exact time when the mail was sent
without the admin having to look up the logs.
This is very important for small offices where mail servers dial out every
few hours.
