Hi
Select 'Centered Maxspect' or something similar to that, while you set the
background. It will enlarge the picture to whole desktop. Obviously if you try
to magnify a small picture it will detariorate in quality.
For 1024x768, choose pics atleast 800x600. They scale sufficiently. Also if you
are using something like GIMP to create new pictures, maintain aspect ration to
4:3. That gives best wallpapers.
