Tell you what - set up a uucp link over this satellite feed so that the mails
(and dns resolution etc) are handled only by a.b.c.d

That's your answer ... if you want, better use a.b.c.d as your smtp server
also.  Setup sendmail (/etc/mail/relay-domains) so that it relays only for your
local IP block to avoid abuse of your server by unauthorized users.

Or check out the various ip forwarding and dynamic dns packages on freshmeat.
There's one called 'coyote' I think.
