RUNNING RED HAT LINUX 6.2 OR EARLIER? BETTER UPGRADE!
The version of lpr supplied with Red Hat 6.2 has a recently discovered
bug that could enable an intruder to gain root access to your system.
Although no known exploits have occurred, you'll be wise to upgrade to
the fixed version. The corrected version is lpr-0.50-7.5. For more
information, visit Red Hat Support.
