Hi all,
My system after upgrading to 2.2.16-3 kernel, it becomes slow after 30
minutes in X Windows. First 30/60 minutes it is working
fast.(Immediately moving, resizing, closing, opening windows). But After
that it is working like windows. What will be the problem. My VIA make
i810 board doesn't support DMA. If I try to enable DMA thru hdparm it
will display error messages on the console continueously. (VFS disk
chanage on disk..etc). While booting it recognizes/takes soundcard
sometimes, and sometimes displaying the error message 'device busy'.
What may be the problem? Anybody help on this?
