Hi,
I am sambaiah met you twice. I have problem in using ISDN dialup
adaptor. We are using this with RedHat Linux 5.2 using minicom
and kermit. When I try to connect with RH 6.2 it is giving some
problems. The serial port and other settings are OK.
When I call out using
cu -l ttyS1 i can type any command but it is not appearing except
those start with "~".
The file in mgetty.log.ttyS1 has the following errors.

10/18 16:48:30 ##### failed dev=ttyS1, pid=825, got signal 15, exiting
10/18 16:48:30 yS1 error removing lock file (huh?!): No such file or directory

10/20 12:25:38 ##### failed dev=ttyS1, pid=754, got signal 2, exiting

10/20 16:53:39 yS1 init chat failed, exiting...: Interrupted system call
10/20 16:53:39 ##### failed in mg_init_data, dev=ttyS1, pid=736

When I try to connect using kermit then it is giving the following
errors.
? connectin on dev is not open ttyS1
