Error condition reported by the server / fetchmail times out waiting for the
server. See if you can telnet to giasmd01.vsnl.net.in port 110 and talk raw
pop3 (USER username, PASS passwd, STAT, RETR <msg no>, DELE <msg no>, QUIT)
