Eh? Did you actually try this out before posting your "reply"? What
you are actualy doing with your directive is saying ALL options (such as
ExecCGI, Includes etc.) apply for anything under the Directory and NONE
can be overridden via a .htaccess file.
The wrong answer is worse than not answering. If you are not sure
whether something will work, please indicate this clearly in your post.
